İlk kez ikamet iznine başvuracak uluslararası öğrenciler ikamet izni başvuru tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içerisinde gerekli evraklarla birlikte Uluslararası Öğrenci Koordinatörlüğü'ne gelerek ikamet izni başvurularını gerçekleştirebileceklerdir.

Hatırlatma: Ülkeye giriş tarihinden itibaren 30 gün içerisinde https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr web adresi üzerinden başvurunuzu yapmalısınız.

BAİBÜ Uluslararası Öğrenci Koordinatörlüğüne gelirken yanınızda bulunması gereken belgeler:
1. https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr'den alınan başvuru Formu: Koordinatörlüğe gelmeden önce e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr web adresine girerek başvuru formunda istenen bilgileri eksiksizce girmeli ve başvurunuzu tamamladıktan sonra formun çıktısını almalısınız ve imzalamalısınız
2. Pasaport ya da pasaport yerine geçen belgenin fotokopisi (Kimlik bilgileri ve fotoğrafın bulunduğu sayfalar ile giriş çıkış vize bilgilerini gösteren sayfa)
3. Dört (4) adet biyometrik fotoğraf (Arka fon beyaz olmalıdır)
4. Geçerli sağlık sigortası
5. Öğrenci belgesi
6. Adres bilgilerini gösterir yazılı belge (noter onaylı kira sözleşmesi veya yurtta kaldığınızı gösteren imzalı kaşeli mühürlü belge)
7. Adli Sicil Belgesi (Adliyeden alınabilir)
8. İkamet izni kart bedelinin ödendiğini gösterir belge veya makbuz
9. 18 yaşından küçükler için: Muvakafat ve Doğum belgesi

Notlar:
-18 yaşından küçük öğrenciler başvurularını direk Bolu İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne yapacaklardır.

-Okul kayıt tarihinizden itibaren ilk 3 ay içerisinde Bolu İl Sosyal Güvenlik Müdürlüğüne giderek Genel Sağlık Sigortası sistemine dahil olabilirsiniz.

-Yukarıdaki belgelerin, https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr web adresinden yapılan başvuru tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.

International students who will apply for a residence permit for the first time must come to the International Student Coordinator Office with the necessary documents within 14 days from the date of residence permit application and apply for a residence permit.

Reminder: You must submit your application from https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr within 30 days from the date of entry into the our country.

The documents below must be submitted to the International Student Coordinator Office for residence permit:

1. Application form which is taken from https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr : Before you come to International Relations office, you must enter the e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr website, fill in the information requested in the application form and take the printout of the form after completing your application and sign all the pages.
   2. Your passport copy or copy of document replacing passport (pages containing identity information and photo and pages showing your entry/ exit visa information)
   3. Four (4) pcs biometric photos (the background of photograph must be white)
   4. Valid health insurance
   5. Student certificate
   6. Document that shows your address information (Rent agreement that must be notarized or stamped and signed document showing that he/she stayed in the dormitory )
   7. Judicial Registry Document (can be taken from the courthouse)
   8. Document or receipt showing that the residence permit card fee has been paid
   9. For under 18 years
   
   Notices:
   -Students under the age of 18 should apply directly to the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.

-You can be included in the General Health Insurance System by going to the Provincial Directorate of Social Security Instution in Bolu within 3 months from your school registration date

-The above documents must be completed in full and submitted to International Students Coordinator Office within 14 days from the date of residence permit application.
