Application Principles
ARTICLE 6
(1) For associate and undergraduate programs approved by the Higher Education Council for the admission of international students from abroad, the quotas for the relevant year are determined based on the proposal of the respective Department Heads and the recommendation of the Coordinator, and submitted to the University Senate for a decision, then published in the guidelines issued by the Higher Education Council. For graduate programs, the quotas for international students to be admitted in the relevant semester are determined based on the proposals of the respective Institute Departments and the recommendation of the Coordinator, and decided by the University Senate.
(2) The application timeline for associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs is announced on the Coordinator's website.
(3) Applications for the quotas announced by Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University for associate and undergraduate programs are accepted based on the score ranges indicated in the BAİBÜ International Student Admission Score Table.
(4) International student candidates must be graduates of high school or equivalent schools, or final-year students of these schools, in order to apply and make preferences for associate and undergraduate programs.
(5) International student candidates must have at least a bachelor's or master's degree to apply and make preferences for graduate programs.
(6) International student candidates applying to programs that require a special talent exam must successfully pass this exam conducted by the relevant department in order to complete their registration if accepted into the program.
