International students who will apply for a residence permit for the first time must come to the International Student Coordinator Office with the necessary documents within 14 days from the date of residence permit application and apply for a residence permit.
Reminder: You must submit your application from https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr within 30 days from the date of entry into the our country.
The documents below must be submitted to the International Student Coordinator Office for residence permit:
- Application form which is taken from https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr : Before you come to International Relations office, you must enter the e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr website, fill in the information requested in the application form and take the printout of the form after completing your application and sign all the pages.
2. Your passport copy or copy of document replacing passport (pages containing identity information and photo and pages showing your entry/ exit visa information)
3. Four (4) pcs biometric photos (the background of photograph must be white)
4. Valid health insurance
5. Student certificate
6. Document that shows your address information (Rent agreement that must be notarized or stamped and signed document showing that he/she stayed in the dormitory )
7. Judicial Registry Document (can be taken from the courthouse)
8. Document or receipt showing that the residence permit card fee has been paid
9. For under 18 years
Notices:
-Students under the age of 18 should apply directly to the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
-You can be included in the General Health Insurance System by going to the Provincial Directorate of Social Security Instution in Bolu within 3 months from your school registration date
-The above documents must be completed in full and submitted to International Students Coordinator Office within 14 days from the date of residence permit application.
