a) International students coming to Turkey for education or those already in Turkey are subject to the relevant regulations in Turkey.
b) International students registered at our university are required to attend classes. Students who do not register for classes without a valid excuse or fail to attend classes after registration will have their residence permits canceled.
c) For students enrolled in the academic year when this regulation comes into effect: For programs taught in Turkish, students who do not register for classes without a valid excuse for two consecutive semesters after the first course registration will be dismissed from the related program based on the recommendation of the International Student Coordinator and the decision of the University Administrative Board. For programs taught in English (30% and 100% English), students who do not register for classes without a valid excuse for two consecutive semesters after registering for the English Preparatory Course will also be dismissed under the same conditions. Students will be informed of the circumstances under which their registrations may be canceled.
d) For students enrolled before the academic year when this regulation comes into effect: Students who do not register for classes without a valid excuse for four consecutive semesters from the date of registration will be dismissed from the related program based on the recommendation of the International Student Coordinator and the decision of the University Administrative Board.
